Vessel Walk through
Entering the saloon from the covered aft deck, you will find a settee with table to port, stairs to the guest staterooms and the engine room port forward, the galley forward, stairs to the raised pilothouse starboard forward and a lounge chair and cabinetry starboard aft. Step up into the pilothouse, and you will find split side doors to each side deck and internal stairs to the flybridge. Step down into the guest foyer, and you will find the engine room aft, guest stateroom to port, guest head to starboard and the master stateroom with ensuite head forward.
Headroom on the aft deck is 6’6″, 6’6″ in the salon, 6’9″ in the master stateroom, 6’2″ in the master stateroom tub/shower, 6’6″ in the guest stateroom, 6’2″ in the guest shower, 6’7″ in the pilothouse and 6’7″ in the pilothouse. The master stateroom berth is 7’4″ long, and the guest stateroom berths are 6’8″ long.
Speed is 8 to 8.5 knots at around 2000 rpm with 10.5 knots max. At around 1800 rpm, which is 7.5 to 8 knots, fuel burn is around 20 litres/hour. Cut back to 1500 rpm, which is 6.5 to 7 knots, and fuel burn drops to around 10 litres per hour. Increase to 2200 rpm, around 9 to 9.5 knots, and fuel burn increases to around 40 litres per hour. The current owner typically cruises at 1800 to 2000 rpm.

- The master cabin is full beam and includes a walk around queen bed and ensuite with separate
shower stall.
The guest cabin can be either two singles or a large double. It also has a separate shower stall and
direct access to the day head.
There is a single pilot berth in the wheelhouse.
The saloon may also be converted into additional berths with add-in squabs.
- GALLEY
The large galley features quality actual granite surfaces, two sinks, a large convection/microwave oven,
a separate gas top/oven with three burners and a sizeable domestic-size fridge/freezer. There is ample
storage.
- COMMISSARY
There is a large storage area under the aft main saloon which incorporates the 110-volt ac freezer
and a large wine rack. This also provides access to the water maker filters and pumps.
.ENTERTAINMENT
- Top end Bose stereo and speakers with sub-woofer provides superb sound in the saloon area.
- A second NZ spec Alpine stereo is in the wheelhouse.
- There are near new 4K 32-inch Samsung smart TVs in the saloon and the master cabin with the master cabin unit incorporating a quality sound bar. Great for rainy days.
- Both units are connected to the satellite TV antenna and the ships Wi-Fi so live, or internet TV is available.
INSTRUMENTATION
- Two x large Furuno MDF colour screens display radar, sonar and charts.
- There is a separate smaller colour screen on the flybridge which is multi-functional
- There is a small digital back up unit in the wheelhouse for depth, speed and water temp
- There are two auto pilots one for each steering station.
- There is a VHF at each steering station.
- The Radar is a powerful Furuno open array 48-mile unit with excellent target definition and tracking functionality. Chart plotter overlay is also available.
.LIVING ON BOARD
- Chesapeake is a great boat for extended voyages in any weather. The partly enclosed upper deck area with clears and hardtop is huge and is the primary living area in the summer. The large table can easily host eight for dinner and is very sheltered with the wind deflecting screens in place.
- There are two gas barbecues on this upper deck allowing cooking for a large crowd.
- The flybridge hard top and clears were added in 2019.
- A sun/rain cover extends behind the hard top to shade the complete upper deck.
Selene Aft deck
The covered aft deck offers a non-skid deck, teak cap rails, a transom door to the swim platform, a split door to the salon, lazarette access, same-level access to each side deck, a hot/cold freshwater shower, a ladder with a hatch to the flybridge, a folding teak table, and 2 deck chairs.

The tender is a brand-new aluminum floor inflatable with a 3.3 hp Mercury outboard.
